Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest and

Case No. 186 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
