JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 16-08-2017 By the order passed on the writ petition the Executive Engineer was directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner and issue the rectified bill. It was further directed that no sooner the petitioner would make the payment of the same his electricity line would be restored immediately within 24 hours. A show cause notice has been filed by the opposite party no. 3 in which it is stated that a rectified bill has been issued
Patna High Court MJC No.745 of 2017 (4) dt.16-08-2017 to the petitioner but which does not satisfy the petitioner. In my opinion by the issuance of the rectified bill, the order passed on the writ application has been complied and no contempt arises. The petitioner if so aggrieved by the rectified bill may take recourse to such remedy as available to him in law. The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of.
