Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The present first information report has been lodged after four days of the alleged occurrence without there be any plausible explanation for the delay.
