The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2037c of 2013 for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4284 of 2020(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 73844 of 2019 and the case of these petitioners stands on similar footing. Hence, the petitioners may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 2037C of 2013 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
