The petitioner seeks bail in Nirmali P.S. Case No. 64/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR 50 4442 was recovered from the house of the petitioner in his absence. The same has not been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have confessed his complicity in connection with Nirmali P.S. Case No. 58/2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashutosh Rai, Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, in connection with Nirmali P.S.
