1. The petitioner has filed the Writ application for the following reliefs:

"That the present writ application is being filed for challenging the order dated 30.06.2015 passed by SDO, Barh, Patna fully contained in Memo No. 321 whereby and whereunder the PDS license being License No. 306/2007 was cancelled in violation of clause-7(ii) of the PDS control order 2001.

And / Or Disposed of the appeal bearing

Patna High Court CWJC No.12825 of 2017 dt.13-05-2025 2/3 E.C. Appeal No. 16/2015-16 preferred against the order dated 30.06.2015 before the Collector Patna which was pending since 2015."

2. It appears from perusal of the records of the case that E.C. Appeal No. 16/201516 preferred agaisnt the order dated 30.06.2015 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Barh, which is pending since 2015.

3. Without going into merit or demerit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Collector, Patna to ensure that the E.C. Appeal No. 16/2015-16 preferred against the order dated 30.06.2015 passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Barh, is brought to its logical conclusion, within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after granting reasonable opportunity to all the concerned parties.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ petition is disposed of.
