The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/ 324 /307 /504 /506 /34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner allegedly caused injury with fire-arm at the leg of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2018. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got not criminal antecedent. Co-accused Niraj, against whom allegation is of commission of injury at the stomach of the informant, has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 02.04.2019 considering his period of custody since 15.03.2018 and framing of the charges in the case. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6187 of 2019(4) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No.203 of 2017, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
