2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Inarwa P.S. FIR No. 100 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 354-B, 504 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of trying to commit rape on the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to dispute regarding pathway and the parties are co-

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if the charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge under POCSO Act, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Inarwa P.S. FIR Case No. 100 of 2023.
