2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 304(B), 341, 323, 498A, 506, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per prosecution case, daughter of the informant was subjected to cruelty and harassment for dowry by all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners and ultimately, on 22.08.2023, all the accused persons killed her (informant's daughter) by administering her poison.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is aunty of husband of deceased, whereas petitioner nos. 2 & 3 are cousin brothers of husband of deceased and are simply victim of over implication. There is general and omnibus allegation. He further submits that the husband of deceased and other two co-accused namely Md. Intazar, Md. Salam and Md. Kalam have already been acquitted, vide Judgment dated 19.10.2024 passed in Sessions Trial No. 276 of 2024 by learned Addl. Sessions Judge - XIII, Purnea. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 274 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
