The petitioner complains of malpractices at booth nos.87, 88 and 89 and for which he relies upon newspaper report which merely reports a complaint in this regard.

That despite complaining of malpractices and irregularities at booth nos.87, 88 and 89 Gram Panchayat Raj, Siur in the district of Nawada, the irregularities alleged have not been reported to the police for the needful, I am not persuaded to grant indulgence to the issue raised by the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of.
