This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56712 of 2021, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. For the reasons mentioned in the application, this modification application is allowed. Accordingly, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender in the Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 17.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56712 of 2021 is hereby extended by further four weeks from today. The other conditions of the order dated 17.12.2021 shall remain the same.
