2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs or order/orders and direction to the respondent authorities to measure the land of the petitioner and demark the same which is not being done in spite of deposition of required fee amount for the purpose. The petitioner further prays for any other relief (s) for which the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.9914 of 2017(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present cane.

3. It is unfortunate that for such matters, the petitioner has to invoke the writ jurisdiction. However, a counter affidavit has come on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 5 duly signed by the Circle Officer, Sadar, Katihar according to which, on 18.04.2023, the land has been measured. The Annexure is also on record.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in that background, his grievance stands redressed and the writ petition has become infructuous.

5. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.

6. However, the respondents are cautioned to ensure that for such cases, the poor person do not have to approach by filing writ petitions as this can be taken up and disposed of within a time frame as mandated by the Government. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
