2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 447, 354, 377, 379, 307, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is said to have committed unnatural sexual offence upon the minor son of the informant and when the informant went there she was assaulted by him.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. As a matter of fact, the

No.9746 of 2024(3) dt.27-03-2024 2/2 son of the informant was playing in maize field and destroyed the wheat crop to which the petitioner made complain to the informant and due to this annoyance this instant case has been lodged against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties which is also evident from the impugned order. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 30.11.2023.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No.121 of 2023. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U T
