The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 372 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim got her age recorded as 17 years when the court has assessed approx 18 years where she has stated that she was being kidnapped by the accused persons including the petitioner, she was intoxicated and taken to Ranchi where she found with Ranjit, who established

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33047 of 2014 (04) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 physical relationship forcibly.

Considering the thrust of accusation against Ranjit and a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 164 of 2012.
