In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Punpun (Gaurichak) P.S. Case No.20 of 2006, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 27 of the Arms Act and under Sections 3(i)(ii)(x)(xiv)3(2)(v)(vi) of the S.C. and S.T. Act.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he was asking the deceased to sale his land to him. When the deceased refused to sale the land, the petitioner assaulted him, as a result of which, deceased died.

As there is direct allegation against the petitioner, this
