ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 31-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2015 in connection with S.K.Puri P.S. Case No. 222 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-b)A and Sections 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. but subsequently, on the basis of confessional statement made before the police, the petitioner has been roped in the present case. It is further submitted that though the petitioner has been taken into custody since July, 2015, till date, he has not yet been put on T.I.P.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23245 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 though the informant has stated that he will identify the culprits. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with S. K. Puri P.S. Case No. 222 of 2015.
