In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 236 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 324, 308, 384, 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that the petitioners have demanded Rs.3,00,000/- from the informant on the plea that his father had taken the said amount from them. When the informant has refused, they assaulted him with sword, as a result of which, his left hand got fractured.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4566 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the Court below within three weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
