The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant lodged the case against unknown for looting different articles from his possession. The petitioner was apprehended on 17.03.2015, but he has not been put on test identification parade. Some of the witnesses during the course of investigation stated that the petitioner was seen fleeing away from the place of occurrence.

Submission is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
