The petitioner is accused in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 84 of 2013, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation the name of the petitioner was surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Pawan Kumar @ Kailu, except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is accused in five other cases, as detailed in para 3 of the petition, but in all cases he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2016.
