It appears from perusal of the first information report that petitioner and several other persons blocked the road and when police party reached there, the mob pelted stones and made firing.

No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against him. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35095 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2009 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari.
