The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 535 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 386 of the Indian Penal Code . The allegation is regarding call being made from the mobile of unknown accused person to the informant and it is alleged that he was threatened with dire consequences. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that admittedly even as per the FIR the allegation is not regarding the petitioner having threatened the informant on mobile. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is an accused in two other cases, however, he is on bail in the said

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4090 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 two cases. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.08.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 535 of 2018.
