Petitioner is named in the first information report but the informant came to know about the name of the petitioner on the basis of conversations made between the culprits. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and submission on his behalf is that the petitioner has been roped in this case on account of dispute of taking contract of bus stand.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
