JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are in custody in case registered under Sections 447, 341, 323,326A, 307, 435 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of SC/ST Act.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted and poured the acid on the body of the informant and his daughter-in-law.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 27.01.2016. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23153 of 2016 (5) dt.02-08-2016 against the petitioners. The nature of injury is simple. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioners that no offence under SC/ST Act is made out.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S.Case No. 22 of 2016.
