Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case due to previous land dispute between informant and the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 25.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75060/2019. Petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
