2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2 vide order dated 10.10.2022 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 24176 of 2022.
3. Perused the records.
4. Having considered the materials available on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner ought to have approached the same Bench, so long as it was available, for seeking cancellation of the bail granted to O.P. No. 2 or in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7854 of 2025(3) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 alternative, should have approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court. This Court cannot sit in appeal over or review the order passed by another learned Single Judge of this Court.
5. In view of the discussions made above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order impugned. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
