2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the informant had gone to her daughter's matrimonial house where due to land dispute, the accused persons who are pattidar of her daughter were abusing them. Thereafter, the petitioner assaulted the son-in-law of the informant on his head with daab. The accused persons also assaulted the daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8391 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 that both the parties are agnates. There is land dispute between them. The injuries are simple in nature. There is case and counter case and the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 218 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
