In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015 registered for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The son of the petitioner is an accused in Sitamarhi Police Station Case No. 01 of 2015 for offences under Sections 302/34, 120B and 212 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner made an effort to declare his son as a juvenile and for that he has produced a certificate, which was found to be forged and fabricated and has been done only for the purposes to take help for getting his son declared as juvenile. No.23392 of 2016 (2) dt.30-05-2016 2/2 investigation examined the record of the School and found that the petitioner is beneficiary of the manipulation, the son of the petitioner has been made accused of cutting and overwriting, which bears the signature of the Headmaster, who has been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 16098 of 2015 dated 09.06.2015 (Raj Narayan Prasad v. The State of Bihar). The petitioner is in jail since 04.03.2016. Looking to the nature of allegation and his involvement, let the petitioner, namely, Baleshwar Prasad Rai, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S.
