JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 08-08-2017 The only predicament of these petitioners as raised in the writ petition is that this Court while disposing of C.W.J.C.No.13658 of 2016 with the direction to the Bihar Staff Selection Commission to consider the objection so filed by the candidates and dispose it of in accordance with law did not fix any time frame for its disposal.

It is considering the nature of grievance so raised that on a query made by this Court Mr. Lalit Kishore learned Senior counsel representing the Commission prayed for a short adjournment and when this matter is taken up today a letter of the Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna has been produced bearing No. 1650 dated 27.7.2017 in which it is stated that since there are 10 thousand records which requires a disposal, of which 300 records have already been disposed of, the Commission would require a minimum of 2 months for its disposal.

The prayer is reasonable and the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the request so made by the Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission as recorded in his letter dated 27.7.2017
