In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No.23 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the F.I.R. the informant has specifically mentioned the name of the petitioner and one Ajaj Sai, who has committed theft of the motor-cycle, which the petitioner has purchased, but transfer was not done.

As there is specific allegation made against the present petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However,
