2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 21(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 150 bottles of 100 ML each i.e. 15 liters of Escuf Syrup (codeine rich syrup) has been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence and the petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the recovery and the allegations

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9491 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. This application for regular bail is dismissed.

8. If there is delay in the trial, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
