The petitioner seeks bail in Piro (Hassan Bazar) P.S. Case No. 173/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended on chase at night. The petitioner and other accused persons were committing theft in the rice mill.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner and other accused persons are labourers of the rice mill. Some dispute arose due to demand of dues salary and for that the petitioner and other accused persons were handed over to the police.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32976 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Piro (Hassan Bazar) P.S. Case No. 173/2015.
