JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the complainant is languishing in custody since 10.3.2016 in a complaint case registered with accusation under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It appears that the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.4.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 35625 of 2013 on the readiness of the petitioner to keep the complainant as wife with full dignity and honour but the petitioner failed to comply the undertaking given before this court. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23461 of 2016 (2) dt.25-05-2016 2/2 petitioner has filed matrimonial suit for dissolution of marriage. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No. 171 of 2012.
