JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 08-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the FIR, 5-6 persons having arms with lathi, danda engaged to search the vehicle on road and they were checking pollution of which after seeing the police party all managed to escape away but petitioner was apprehended at the spot.

He submits that seized articles have been recovered from the shop of the co-accused who has some criminal antecedent. He submits that petitioner is an employee of co-accused and he was working according to his instruction. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 03.12.2020.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below/successor court where the case is pending in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 434 of 2020, G.R. No. 1006 of 2020.
