The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304B and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner, Lalmuni Choudhary, is father-in-law of the deceased. The brother of the deceased made allegation that his sister was burnt to death by her husband and other in-laws. The marriage of the sister of informant was solemnized with Manoj Choudhary in the year 2011. The sister of informant died on 02.04.2015.

No specific allegation is made against the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 06.04.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30943 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sherghatti, Gaya in Sherghatti P.S. Case No. 88/2015.
