This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.11.2018 passed by learned Sub-Judge-1, Darbhanga in Partition Suit No. 309 of 2010 whereby the petition dated 31.03.2016 filed by the plaintiff-petitioner under Order 39 Rule 1 and Sections 94 and 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application. Leave is granted.
