Case No. 35 of 1997 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 467, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Nawada.

At the very outset, it has been informed that process under Section 83 of Cr.P.C. has already been exhausted and the case is of the year 1997.
