Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioners were not apprehended at the time of recovery of liquor rather apprehended persons disclosed name of the petitioners. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17050 of 2021(2) dt.30-07-2021 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Narpatganj Police Station Case No.715 of 2018 corresponding to Special Case No.1625 of 2018 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
