2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the decision contained in Annexure-1 dated 31.7.2017 whereby the petitioner was fasten with accountability to pay Rs. 2,10,548/-.

3. Learned counsel submits that determination was done without opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to provide opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter determine fresh liability of the petitioner.

5. The District Programme Officer (Establishment)

Patna High Court CWJC No.14161 of 2017(2) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 (Respondent no.2), Patna is hereby directed to provide opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and determine the fresh liability within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and thereafter if anything is found payable by the petitioner after fresh determination, the petitioner has to pay that amount within a maximum period of three months from the date of such decision.

6. Annexure-1 shall not come in the way of fresh determination of liability of the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
