Petitioner is the husband and the victim happens to be his wife who faced horror after having been put on fire. The wife of the petitioner is yet to be examined. Accordingly, instant petition is rejected.

The learned lower court is directed to expedite the trial wherein the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai will facilitate by way of producing the informant, Indu Devi, Doctor, Investigating Officer as other remaining material witnesses who are yet to be examined.
