Petitioner is not named in the first information report but carries criminal antecedent of several cases. The name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Uttam Kumar and Chandan Kumar who have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Sherghati P.S.Case No. 324 of 2014.
