ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner, who is the husband, is in custody since 10.01.2018 in connection with Sessions Trial No.138 of 2018 arising out of Bhabua P.S. Case No.741 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier a report was called for from the court of the learned Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua for sending the current status of the case, which has been received. In the said report it has been indicated that all the chargesheeted witnesses excepting the Medical Officer have already been examined. It appears that the trial is still underway and likely to be concluded soon.
