No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but the victim has specifically stated that it was co-accused Sonu Siddiqui, who took her and confined her in his house where she was raped by him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also keeping in mind that petitioner happens to be a lady, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram ( Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 72 of 2015.
