The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 241 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 1410 bottles of illicit Nepali Soufi liquor from the three motorcycles and the petitioner was apprehended from the spot.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 29.10.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7010 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 241 of 2018.
