The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/26(ii) of the Arms Act. One spring fitted dagger and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 13.02.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in Brahmpura P.S.
