JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.199 of 2018 registered under Sections 354, 354A and 509 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Rupesh Giri having identical allegation to that of the petitioner has already been granted prearrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.76695 of 2018.
In view of the submission made above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3534 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.199 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
