2. The present petition has been preferred:

3. A direction was given to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Balia to pass an order if the petitioner prefers a proper petition.

4. The show cause has come according to which vide memo no. 95 dated 20.02.2025, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Balia has passed a reasoned order negating the claim of the petitioner (Annexure-A to the supplementary show cause).
