2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 25.08.2017 passed in CWJC No. 8587 of 2014."

3. A show cause of the opposite party is on record which shows that after the deputation of the Magistrate and the Police, the encroachment was removed on 19.01.2022 but only temple could not be removed as public representative made protest.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, if any grievance still remains, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
