Petitioner is in custody in connection with S.Tr. No. 212 of 2015 arising out of Biraul P.S. Case No. 233 of 2011 for the offence under Section 376 of the I.P.C..

Having regard to the nature of the allegation, the Court is no inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail, is hereby rejected.

However, the Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest preferably within a period of nine months.
