2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023 registered on 01.08.2023 lodged under Sections 25(1-a), 25(1-AA), 25(1-b)a, 26(i), 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against 4 named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is recovery of country made pistol along with the cartridges. Chargesheet has already been framed.
4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2023 having no criminal case pending against him.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that on bare ready of the F.I.R. not only arms has been recovered but entire machine has been recovered.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail nine months after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C.
