In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 438 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From a Car huge quantity of English wine has been recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not there in the car, but at the instance of the coaccused, his name has transpired. Looking to the entirety of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before
